McClean Meats are confident that we can meet your high standards and expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or have a complaint, we will be happy to discuss this with you. As all the products we supply are perishable, we regret that we are unable to offer you the usual statutory right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following delivery of the goods (a right you would have in respect of many other types of goods available for purchase online).

Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or judged (by you) to be unfit for consumption and you have notified us within 24 hours of delivery of the order, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund to you.  We may request that goods be made available for inspection prior to agreeing any refund and would ask that you make the goods in question available to our delivery driver.

If goods are confirmed to be damaged, incorrect or unfit for consumption we will issue a full refund in relation to the cost of the sub-standard item(s). Where a refund is granted, this will be paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification.
